Chatham Park Preview Party and Sales Center Opening
Chatham Park recently hosted a ceremonial groundbreaking in conjunction with the soft opening of the project’s new sales center, located at 901 East Street in downtown Indianapolis.
During the event, neighborhood residents, city officials, local business owners, brokers, agents, and potential buyers got the chance to learn more about the bold vision for mixed-use Residences at Chatham Park. Guests in attendance enjoyed a first look at sample rooms, floor plans, and finishes, as well as a comprehensive 3D model of the project. Additional context for the project was provided by event speakers including: Sherry Seiwert with Downtown Indy, Chantel Stone from the Mass Ave Merchants Association, and Jason O’Neil from Century 21 Scheetz.
“It was an exciting night for sure. We are thankful for the opportunity to share our plans and for the chance to meet so many people interested in seeing this new development succeed. We look forward to seeing the full benefit these residences will soon add to the cultural and physical environment of the Chatham Arch neighborhood,” said Chatham Park Development President, Paul Vezolles.
The sales center is located at 901 East Street, next to the Chatham Park site, just steps from Mass Ave.
